Our web site uses secure server software to protect your personal information when you place an order. This software will encrypt your information which minimises the risk of being intercepted before it is received by us. We also follow the tight security procedures required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect information that we store about you from unauthorised access.

All personal details entered by our customers remain secure on a server until your order is processed. Should any of your personal information become incorrect, please contact us. We do not and will not pass on any customer details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care with your information, in so far as it is possible to do so. We will keep all details of your order and payment secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

Returns

All goods are supplied with a 21 day money back guarantee provided that the goods purchased are returned as sold unworn and unmarked in any way all returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender. A full refund will be issued less the initial cost of posting. You MUST phone or e-mail mediamonds for a return code in all cases
we will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement goods. This excludes our bespoke, or special commission pieces, or any item that has been engraved. You MUST phone or e-mail mediamonds for a return code in all cases.

Faulty Goods and Guarantees

All goods sold by mediamonds are sold with a 36-month guarantee, which covers any manufacturing defects. We will replace or exchange any goods that are deemed to be faulty; this guarantee is invalid if any work is carried out by a third party. An incorrect size ring will incur a fee of £20.00 to cover insurance, admin and postage charges, this will only be charged if the information supplied by purchaser is found to be incorrect. This price is valid for 14 days after the date of purchase

All goods returned or exchanged must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and be fully insured by the sender, we will not be responsible for items lost in the post.

Our diamond setters have many years experience hence our diamonds do NOT fall out of our jewellery; in extreme circumstances they can get dislodged loss of diamonds under these circumstances do not fall under our guarantee. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your diamond jewellery.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering And Delivery

me jewellery is mostly made to order. We require a minimum 7-10 working days from order date to delivery. In urgent cases we can make pieces quicker, if so please state when ordering. When ordering we will require name, address, credit-debit card number card expiry date and card verication number this will enable us to process your order quickly. A contact number will be required this will only be used if there is a query. Unless otherwise stated delivery will be via Royal Mail next day special delivery. This should ensure delivery during Monday-Friday of 24 hours, weekends, i.e postal Friday night could result in 48 hours. All jewellery will be fully insured and sent registered.

In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale; until a price is agreed, we will let you know if this is the case.
