All goods are supplied with a 21 day money back guarantee provided that the goods purchased are returned as sold unworn and unmarked in any way all returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender. How long will it take to process my order?
Under normal circumstances from receiving your order it will take us 7 to 14 days. If your order is urgent please email us prior to the order and we may be able to prioritise the order for you.
Are me diamonds certificated?
All our single stone diamond rings carry a certificate which will accompany the item. The grading certificate is a guarantee that your diamond has been independently graded for cut, clarity, colour and carat weight by one of the worlds leading laboratory’s GIA, IGI or HRD.
Valuations
All purchases will receive a free valuation for insurance purposes; this should be kept with your diamond certificate.

How do I establish my ring size?
We can supply a disposable ring sizer for you, please call us or email us here and we will post one out for you.
What happens if it does not fit?
If you have requested a specific size we will charge from £25 this will include post and packaging.
Do you have an outlet I can visit to view your collection?
We have a showroom in the heart of Birmingham’s jewellery quarter, callers are always welcome. Our opening hours are 09.00hrs till 17.00hrs Monday till Saturday closed on Sunday . please see contact details for full address and phone number.
Can I have my ring engraved if so how much do you charge?
We can engrave most products please contact us to verify your piece can be engraved. PLEASE NOTE engraved rings are very difficult to resize. We suggest all wording is faxed to us to ensure the engraving is 100% correct. Charges are from £20.
Are your products guaranteed?

Are all me products hallmarked?
Yes, apart from the legal requirement all our products carry a UK hallmark.
Does me use conflict diamonds?
No, Conflict diamonds are used to fund military action and oppose legitimate and internationally recognised governments. All me diamonds that are sold have been purchased from legitimate sources that comply with United Nations resolutions.
Why buy Platinum instead of white gold?
Platinum is a harder metal than gold, natural white gold is yellowish in colour this is often plated with rhodium to give it the bright shiny surface. This over the period of time wears off leaving the ring dull looking and patchy in its colour, platinum however maintains its integrity because of density, however all metals scratch over a period of time.
What are the four c’s?
Cut: It is important that a diamond is cut correctly if not the diamond will not reflect light and look dull in appearance.
Colour: Colour grading starts at D which indicates the whitest purest diamond, as you progress down the alphabet the hue will turn to a yellow/brown colour (from the letter J) me will only sell D to H colours.
Clarity: All diamonds are graded on their clarity from FL (flawless) to i3 (inclusions visible to the eye) me sells Si1 and upwards to FL (flawless).
Carat (weight ): One carat is divided into 100 points i.e. a diamond weighing 50 points = half a carat. The size is the most obvious factor in determining the value of the stone but two diamonds of equal size can have very different values depending on their cut, clarity and colour.
Fluorescence
All of me diamonds are nil fluorescence.
Fluorescence is an undesirable characteristic in diamonds. They turn milky in appearance when exposed to UV light such as sunlight or artificial lighting.
